Middlesholm Island
Middleholm, is a small island lying off south west Pembrokeshire (sir benfro) south east of Skomer Island.
The island is known for its seabirds including Manx shearwater and puffin and for its plants, including red fescue, sea beet Sea beet is the wild ancestor of common vegetables such as beetroot, sugar beet and swiss chard and tree mallow.
